Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern digital-map purchases from Cascadia Interactive Inc., trading through the EarthMC store. Seller contact: [email protected]; postal address: Vancouver, WA.

1. The contract

You must be at least 13 years old to use the store. If you have not reached the age at which you can enter this purchase contract on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your account and purchase. The product page, checkout summary, these terms, the Map License, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy form the purchase terms.

A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and EarthMC accepts the order. An automated acknowledgement is not acceptance if payment fails, pricing is clearly erroneous, the product is unavailable, or fraud controls require review. We will refund a payment that we cannot accept or fulfill.

2. Products, compatibility, and prices

EarthMC sells downloadable Minecraft Java world-map files. Check the stated map scale, supported Minecraft version, archive size, required storage, and other product details before purchasing. Product images and descriptions explain the offered files but minor visual differences that do not materially change the product may occur.

Prices and currency are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment. Unless checkout states otherwise, the displayed total is the amount charged. Any tax, fee, or exchange-rate treatment shown by the payment provider or required by law remains applicable.

3. Account and checkout responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and keep your contact email available for verification and purchase notices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from EarthMC's failure to use reasonable security. Do not share an account, download token, signed link, archive, or world file.

4. Immediate digital delivery

The maps are digital content supplied without physical media. By choosing immediate access and, where checkout asks, expressly requesting delivery before any statutory cancellation period ends, you ask EarthMC to begin performance immediately. Where applicable law permits, you acknowledge that a change-of-mind cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once the authorized download begins.

An authorized download begins when EarthMC accepts an authenticated or valid-token download request and begins preparing or delivering the file or a signed storage link. The request may count as begun even if the transfer is later interrupted or fails because of the customer's network, device, storage, software, or decision to stop it. 5. License, not ownership

Payment grants the purchasing customer the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right described in the Map License. Copyright and other rights in the map are not sold. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, and sharing the files, account, or download access are prohibited.

6. Delivery and support

After confirmed payment, the map is made available through the purchasing account or another authorized delivery method. Large files require suitable bandwidth and storage. If EarthMC's system does not provide the purchased file, or a supplied archive is materially defective, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the file, or refund it.

7. Refunds

No change-of-mind refund is offered after an authorized download begins, to the extent allowed by applicable law. This does not remove mandatory rights for digital content that is not delivered, materially defective, or not as described, or for duplicate or unauthorized charges. 8. Acceptable use and termination

You may not use the store to commit fraud, bypass access controls, obtain another customer's files, overload the service, or infringe another person's rights. A material license or security breach may result in suspended download access or termination of the license after appropriate notice where required. Termination does not eliminate payment or legal obligations already accrued.

9. Service limits and mandatory rights

EarthMC will provide digital content with reasonable care and as described. Internet delivery and third-party platforms are not interruption-free, and Minecraft updates or customer modifications can affect compatibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.

Subject to those mandatory rules, EarthMC is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by unsupported modifications or systems, or inability to operate a third-party Minecraft server. Any permitted liability limit must be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by State of Washington, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or any right to bring a claim in a court or forum that applicable law requires. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

11. Changes and contact

The version accepted at checkout governs that order. We may update future terms when products, operations, or law change, but will not silently replace the recorded version for a completed order.
